Apartment building. You would have your own spacious room, a balcony, private bathroom with toilet and shower, walk in closet. I don't mind if you smoke as long as its on the balcony. You will have to supply your own food and will have space in the kitchen. Will have free use of the kitchen to cook your own food and will have to clean up after yourself. There is a pool, sauna, and BBQ area downstairs. Wifi in the apartment will be included. You will be provided with a pay as you go cellphone to make phone calls, but you are responsible to charge it with money. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer for your clothing. There is also a television with cable. Just 15 minute walk from Providencia(banks, shops, restaurants, etc).
