The apartment occupies two floors - the second and third levels of the building. It is a spacious, well lit, airy, two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with built in closets.

The first floor has an open living room. The kitchen has beautiful tiled counter tops and a breakfast bar/dinning area. The table in the dining area seats six. The kitchen has a brand new microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker and everything else needed for making delicious meals.

Also on this floor is the first bedroom, which sleeps two in a double bed and the one bathroom and a great shower.

Then take the staircase up to the next level to the second bedroom with double bed as well. Another LCD flat screen TV (48" with cable access).
