Clean responsible roommate wanted to share gorgeous luxury apartment just 5 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, Sacramento’s largest shopping destination Arden-Fair Mall, and Sacramento’s river front marina destination.

I am looking for a good roommate to share my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage apartment. The apartment is a roomy 955 square feet with a private outside patio. Your room is 10' x 10' 2" with additional room by the window of 28.75" x 45.25". The ceiling is 95" high.

All utilities are included in the rental payment so you have no additional bills. Flat Monthly Rent $600.00 includes all utilities.

You will have your own private bedroom and own private bathroom. High vaulted ceiling in the living room, central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer inside unit, satellite DVR service available in the living room and your room, carpeting, ceiling fan in kitchen, wood burning fireplace, private outdoor patio. Kitchen comes with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The complex includes a resort style swimming pool, spa/hot tub and a state-of-the-art fitness center, racquetball and tennis court, and plenty of community/onsite parking.

I don't smoke and I don't do drugs. I prefer my roommate not to smoke, but outside smoking is okay with me. I like pets, but prefer not to have them in the apartment. I am clean and respectful and would like someone similar.
