Localisation intéressante car à 20mn de la gare centrale, mais déception sur la propreté , et nous avons eu très froid, en novembre sans chauffage dans la chambre , avec un simple couvre lit de coton. notre demande de chauffage restée sans suite, et impossible de rencontrer notre hôtesse même pour lui dire au revoir. dans le contexte de la tornade aucun arrangement accepté par notre hôtesse pour compenser les nuits que nous avons payées d'avance et perdues puisqu'il était impossible d'arriver.
