Our pricing is per room for 2 persons staying on that room and include daily breakfast. Rates are in US$ (Dollars) and are in effect from August 01, 2006 till December 31, 2007. Our rates and packages are excluding roomtax, being $ 5.50 per person per night. Please consult us for any special request.
(with a minimum of 3 nights) Parrotfish-, Angelfish- and Damselfishroom Each room has a comfortable king-size bed, airconditioning but also a ceilingfan and screened windows opening onto the garden. All have a small sitting area, radio/CD player and original local artwork decorating the wall. A private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink with hairdryer and a toilet complete these spacious rooms.

Located uphill, in a villa area called Republiek, the ever lasting breeze makes it comfortable cool even at the hottest time of the day. Just a short drive, about 10 minutes downhill, and you are downtown Kralendijk where you will find most of the restaurants and shops. We are about 20 minutes north from Flamingo airport, which can easily be spotted from our observationdeck, but is to far away to hear the arriving and departing planes.

Like staying at your own private villa? Step out of your spacious room each morning onto the private patio with our fresh water swimming pool. The view over the deep blue Caribbean sea, the singing birds in the trees and the slowly rising sun as a backdrop for your custom made breakfast, the perfect way to start a new day. With only 5 guestrooms you easily get the feeling of staying in a private tropical villa. All guestrooms have air-conditioning, large comfortable beds, large windows, vaulted ceilings with fans, a sitting area and a private bathroom with all amenities. On all our guestrooms and inside the rest of the Villa we have a non smoking policy.
