After the exit of the B&B you can breathe the febrile atmosphere of a district-edge unique in Rome, which retains all its glory in the architecture of buildings and the charm of the past.
All rooms have private bath (internal or external). The rooms are very spacious and equipped with a sitting room inside, where you can eat breakfast.

En dehors du petit-déjeuner, très léger, tout est très bien ; ma chambre donnait sur une voie rapide, mais il y a un bon double vitrage donc ce n'était pas gênant. A 20 min à pied et 10 en bus du Colisée. Accueil très chaleureux et chambre parfaitement propre. [attention 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur]

Sono stato in questo Bed&Breakfast più di una volta e sono rimasto soddisfatto. La posizione è molto farevole, a soli 10 min di cammino dalla stazione Termini.
Il proprietario, Luigi, si è dimostrato sempre e da subito una persona disponibile ed accogliente. Ho pernottato nella struttura come se fossi a casa mia.
All'interno le camere sono luminose, pulite ma soprattutto spaziose. Nulla verso cui muovere una critica.
L'unico aspetto negativo è lo stabile nel quale è situato il B&B. È fatiscente e chiaramente l'impatto iniziale lascia a desiderare. Ma non deve farvi ingannare perchè una volta all'interno il luogo è decisamente piacevole e confortevole.

Graditissima sorpresa... una settimana davvero ben spesa in questa struttura che si è rivelata essere estremamente accogliente e ben curata con il proprietario estremamente cortese. Inoltre la vicinanza del B&B a Porta Maggiore e a Termini mi hanno permesso di godermi la citta con estrema comodità. Lo consiglio di cuore !

accogliente, pulito, centralissimo (nello spalendido quartiere san lorenzo), bagno in camera pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Camera ampia, silenziosa, arredata a gusto etnico, letto comodissimo e ampio, televisione con annesso lettore dvd, mensole di bambù con libri da leggere, ventilatore. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile
