We provide international female students with a safe place away from home. Our rates are $50 per night with no meals and $65 per night with breakfast and dinner. We are located near Beverly Hills, Culver City, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and Downtown Los Angeles.


We provide international students with a safe, clean, affordable, home away from home. For female students coming to school or to visit Los Angeles, Lawson's Homestay is the only place to be.

If you stay a month or more it will be free of charge.

Superior: Private furnished bedroom, tastefully furnished with guaranteed internet access in the room, central or room air conditioning, and use of a private bathroom (subject to availability). Single: Guest is the ONLY person in the bedroom. Double: Two guests sharing a bedroom. The price listed is per person and only applies during the dates that two guests occupy the bedroom. If one guest leaves, then single rates will apply to the remaining guest. Breakfast: A self-served morning meal (coffee, tea or milk; bread or toast; jam, cream cheese, butter) made available daily for the guest. Dinner: A prepared evening meal that is served at a time that is mutually convenient for the Guest and the Host. For other meals, the Guest will be allotted a space in the refrigerator and will be allowed to do light meal preparation in the kitchen such as making a salad or a sandwich. All other use of the kitchen must be discussed and arranged with the Host. Week: A week is considered to be 7 nights. We have one restroom that is only used by Students/Visitors, this restroom has a shower and medicine chest. No one in the house uses the student/visitor restroom, we have our own private restroom.

Our daily rate is $65 per day with meals. We provide discounts for longer stays. All transactions require a California Tax of 10% per transaction after all fees taken by Bedycasa.
