Homestay guest room in Oak Park, at Tamara's place

Our home is just a 5 minute walk to the Blue Line train. 5 minutes if you walk like my mom, 3 minutes if you walk/run like me. So we are very convenient to downtown Chicago and all the attractions. We are also walking distance to the Jewel and CVS (about 5 blocks). We are around the corner from some great restaurants, Mexican, Italian and Eclectic, and just one train stop away from Brazilian, American, more Mexican food, ice cream (yum) and a small family owned grocery store.
The room itself is located on the first floor close to the front door and has two twin sized beds. I can add a full size blow up mattress if you want a triple for $20 more a night. The rate includes WIFI and of course water, electric, etc. We do have pets, cats and dogs, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms. Our home is pretty laid back, not too lively, (depending on the weather really. If it's nice outside, everyone is out!) but can be with my son (19 and likes to make a grand entrance!). We are a bmx/bicycle and dancing friendly house!
