Feeling Of Being At Home In...

The two-room flat is in the hip and buzzing quarter of Friedrichshain, though in a rather quiet street, Colbestr., 400 m to the next underground station (U5) Samariterstr and 7 minutes by metro to Alexanderplatz.

The room to rent has almost 20 square meters and two pieces of antique wardrobes, a big convertible sofa for relaxing and sleeping with a couple of sheets and blankets and a big wooden table; there is a cosy kitchen with an oven, a big fridge and a cute sofa to relax; the bathroom has a big tub suited for a nice bath and a washing machine.
The flat is on the 4th floor and requires just a little sports, as there is no elevator, but, hey, you easily get accustomed to, as I did!

I am an independent film maker and music organizer and artists and offer you a clean and sunny room for 1 to 2 persons to give you a feeling of being at home in Berlin.
Together with friends, we also offer services as Berlin tour guides for an entertaining city trip and offer great Berlin films on big tv screens.

Personally, as a Tango Argentino and Yoga practitioner I know teachers and schools around and some good vegetarian food on offer just around the corner of this nice quarter of Berlin Friedrichshain.
