Guest house in Buenos Aires, at Alejandra's place
We are Alexandra and Vicky, Argentine, expert travellers and speak Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese. We live with our cat in a great, big, luminous flat, old-time style, in the traditional district of Barracas, near la Boca, Lezama Park, San Telmo, Puerto Madero and Constitución railway station and subway stop.
We want to share our apartment in an avenue, with many stores, gyms, bars and restaurants and very well communicated by several buses and subway, 10 minutes from downtown. Across CBC, close to IUNA, near Ciencias Sociales and Ingenieria UBA, UAL, UCA, UADE, Universidad Austral, Kennedy, Del Cine and more.
We have a big (118 sqft), single, sunny room. We offer argentine style breakfast and supper, 2 bathrooms to share, cable TV, WIFI broadband Internet, free local telephone, heater, fan, music, library, linen and towels, weekly cleaning, kitchen facilities, microwave and refrigerator. We can offer you, in addition, strolls by the city and Spanish and typical cuisine lessons.
