Homestay guest room in Montréal, at Maureen's place

HI! We are a host family who have been providing homestay accommodation successfully since 2005. Our accommodation are fully furnished with shared bathroom and shared.
Our homestay are located on the top floor of our spacious and sunny triplex, with a clear and breathtaking view of St. Joseph"s Oretory and surrounding areas from our back balconey.
Our homestay are equipped to accommodate students, professionals and vacationers, in a warm, quiet and friendly no smoking indoor environment.
We are located just a short walking distance of five minutes to metro. Two minutes to buses, ATM, resturants, community center, park, shops etc. We are also just twentyfive minutes to downtown by public transit.

Our accommodation are located on the top floor of our specious triplex. All our rooms are large, clean, bright, with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Our rooms are with large windows, high celing and hardwood floors. In each room are bed with sheets, pillow, blanket, closet, desk, chair, lamp, sidetable, closet and keys.
Our kitchen are equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, pots, dishes, table with chairs for dinning and many more, all within a warm, quiet, safe and friendly, no smoking in-door environment.
