I am Vickie . I am an English tour guide , a nutritionist .
We provide the various rooms with park view and the best service for my guests .We have done homestay since 2002 .

Our homestay is located inside the Royal Park (Purple Bamboo Park in Beijing) . It is easy for tourist to go to Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven,Great Wall， Tian An Men Square etc.by bus or subway directly .

Purple Bamboo Park has hundred years of history where you can enjoy the various activities that Beijing Citizen is going on , for example Beijing opera, Tai Ji ,Kung Fu ,Chinese handwriting, Chorus , Folk dancing ,
Fishing ,Boating etc. The Purple Bamboo Park has hundreds year of history in Beijing .



1. Introduction of our homestay
Our homestay is the place of cultural exchange and the food cultural exchange between Chinese and Western people where you enjoy Beijing Tradition Culture and Chinese Cooking , Chinese Landscape Architecture Art , and overlook the Beijing city through the every window of homestay.
The community of our homestay has a club with a constant temperature swimming pool, gym and dance practice hall.



2. Description of our homestay

Our homestay is a apartment in the high-rise building equipped with four elevators , total area 180 square meters with one living room ,one dining room, one kitchen ,two bathrooms , three bedrooms ,located in the Royal park (The Black Bamboo Park ).
Our homestay is better than the hotel in environment, facilities, sanitary conditions and English service etc.(For example : Disinfecting bathroom and kitchen with ultraviolet lamp everyday).

A. The Public Traffic

There are more than thirty lines of the bus and subway line 4 , subway line 6 , subway line 9 . You can reach universities in HaiDian district , Peking University, Tsinghua University , Renmin University of China ,BLCU , etc. Railway stations, Airports, Commercial centers , by bus or subway line 4.line 6.line 9.


B. Bank

There are more than ten banks, like Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC), etc.

There are five supermarkets , like Carrefour , FABAO,HUALIAN ,24hours shops, convenience shop .

There are two hospitals , like the biggest hospital (RENMIN hospital) in Beijing, Army's hospital .

There are more than twenty restaurants with different kinds of feature flavors in China.

Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Language and Culture University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Foreign Language University, Capital Normal University ,Beijing Normal University, Beijing Dancing Academy, The Central University of Nationalities, Beijing Institute of Technology, etc.More than thirty universities in HAIDIAN district can be reached directly by bus or subway line 4,line 9.line 6 , taking you 15-30 minutes.

2#. Business Room in Royal Park , 36Euro/per day

Room (26㎡) with WI-FI ,the view of park , double wood bunk bed , business desk , big bookcase, business office swivel for boss, coffee table ,and two armchair chair ,air-conditioning , sharing the bathroom , sharing living room( 60㎡), sharing kitchen (10㎡).


3# Honeymoon Suite in Royal Park , 39Euro/per day
Room(26㎡) with WI-FI , the view of park , private bathroom , furniture mounted precious stones-----double bed,two bed side table , a dressing table , a chair. a big wardrobe, air-conditioning , sharing living room( 60㎡), sharing kitchen (10㎡).


4# Cosy Homestay in Royal Park 35Euro/per day

Room (18㎡) with WI-FI double bed, a big wardrobe,big bookcase ,desk,chair,sharing bathroom, sharing kitchen(6㎡) ,sharing living room (28㎡).



5. Additional services fee
(1) Capital Airport pick-up or train station pick-up 280
RMB/ one time.
(2) Professional guide service in English and Chinese 480
RMB/ 8hours.
(3) Teaching HSK Chinese language courses 100 RMB / 60
minutes.
(4) Teaching Chinese Cooking courses 100 RMB/ 60 minutes.
(5) Wash clothes 15RMB /one time.

(6) Disinfecting bathroom with ultraviolet lamp 20RMB/one
time



6. The feature of our homestay
Homestay host is proficient in English. Hostess is a English-speaking guide. She is good at teaching HSK ,teaching Chinese cooking, doing cultural exchange between Chinese and western people.



7. The tenant's requirements

---No smoking,No drinking,No going home too late at night,
No bringing visitors home.

---Registered tenant's personal information in The Police
Station.

---Above age 18 years old.
---Respecting host 's behavior and habit, Having good
habit of keeping personal hygiene etc.
---We need USD200 cash pledge during your stay.
---If the room which you have booked is unavailable , i
adjust the other room for you on Bedycasa



8. Our homestay experience since 2002, we have begun to do homestay for traveller, business people and student from America and Europe .
We prefer speaking more mandarin with you as much as we could if you enjoy it .

We can help you to find a part –time job as a teacher, the per-hour wage, of course, depend on which country you are from and your ability .
