Homestay guest room in Kuta, at Rafi's place

This luxurious Villa has 3 bedrooms, private pool, dining area, living room, etc.
I live there and there are 2 bedrooms available, both on the upper floor, each one has its own ensuite bathroom and flat TV, Wifi and swimming pool, for everyone. If you rent the 2 rooms, you will have the upper floor for your own, with running balcony, relax area, etc. (The price indicated here is PER room, you can rent one here and we ll arrange the 2nd room payment on the spot.)

The area is Kerobokan. It is a Balinese area, NOT crowded by tourism, and has the privilege to be equal distance to Denpasar, Echo beach, the active life and shopping in Seminyak and the nightlife of Umalas. 10 mins ride for each of them, and thus still staying in a Balinese way of life.
Around, there are the famous Café Moka and Pizza boy (recommended on tripadvisor), the "Warum" restaurant where you can have a typical indonesian dinner sitting on "water" :) and a lot of shops/supermarkets/fruit shops, etc, etc. All you need for your daily shopping, home breakfast is walking distance. There will be a booklet in the villa for recommendations.

I am a very easy going guy and I respect (and like) all differences. You can have parties of course w Friends, as far as you do not "privatise a public area" like the swimming pool :)
I am also a French chef, so there is no breakfast included, but you will be free to eat some samples that I leave in the fridge, on a dedicated rack without asking permission :)

The level of security is high, as there is a dedicated security guy at the entrance of my small street.
