Homestay guest room in Roma, at Francesca's place
ENGLISH:
A little description of the accomodation:
There are a large king-size bed, a window and a door/window to the balcony, it's well furnished with all the necessary, there is a Wi-Fi connection and a TV.There are one wash-machine for the linen and one for dishes, a micro-wave and an electrical hoven in the kitchen.
I’m a Professor of French at the university “La Sapienza”, I live in the apartment with my son (14 years old, High School student), we have our own room each, so with you we will be 3, to share the bathroom and the kitchen.
The apartment is very close to the historic center and also very near to the University, and it’s well connected to the historical center of the city by underground (metro: linea B, Piazza Bologna) and bus (90, 60, 61, 62, 310, 93, 36, 84, 542, 445): just have a look on Google Maps or Google Earth!
I ask for 450€ per month (+15% Bedycasa), 150 euros per week (+15% Bedycasa), 35 per night (+15% Bedycasa), all bills included, for ONE person.
For 2 people, sharing the same room, it’s 250 per week, or 700 / month, for the both of you (22 euros per night= 11 € each: very cheap, for Rome!).
If you need a second room, it’s available in summer and Christmas period.

HOW TO COME TO MY HOUSE:
From Fiumicino Airport: Every 20 minutes you have the Leonardo Express to Termini Station (Railways Station), it costs 14 euros, then you take:
a) the metro (underground) line B direction Rebibbia and stop after 3 stops, at "Bologna" station, then take the bus n. 542 in Viale XXI Aprile for 4 stops, go down in Viale Lanciani 56, then turn right in via Giulio De Petra 13 and ring at my bell.
b) From Fiumicino Airport: Every 20 minutes you have the other train to Tiburtina Station, only 8 euros, (or from Termini you have to take the metro line B direction Rebibbia and stop after 4 stops, at "Tiburtina" station), then go walking on your right 20 min. following Circonvallazione Nomentana until Ponte Lanciani, turn left in Viale rodolfo Lanciani then turn at the second little street on your left: Via Giulio De Petra 13, and ring the bell number 5, I’m at the first floor.c
c) at Termini Station you'll find many busses to come here, the best is the n. 90 or 90D, and stop in Via Nomentana, the third stop: Vialle XXI Aprile/Via S. Costanza, then turn right in Viale XXI Aprile, then turn left in via Ridolfino Venuti, and turn right in Viale Lanciani, then go to n.56 and turn right: Via Giulio De Petra 13, and ring the bell number 5, I’m at the first floor.
