The Street of Our Home is to height blocks 6 and 7 of Avenida Javier Prado Este, by building "La Positiva".

We are a family (I'm 24, my parents and little sister) and we rent only 2 rooms to foreign students, backpackers or travelers by days, weeks or months.

Actually, one room is taken by a guess from europe but we have available the room in the first floor:

The prices are: 12 Euro (or US$ 16) per night, 60 Euro (or US$ 80) per week and 160 Euro (or US$ 210) per month/person. All services are included (like electricity, water, Internet Wi-Fi, telephone with free local calls).
And the use of the commmon areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, terrace, etc).

Our house is in the safe and calm residential area of San Isidro, 15 minutes from Miraflores.
Only 4 blocks to the Financial Center of San Isidro with banks, supermarkets (Metro, Tottus, Wong), malls (Ripley, Saga Falabella, etc).
And 3 blocks of the best companies of bus in Perú (Cruz del Sur, Tepsa, CIAL).
