We Live in an excellent community of West Covina South Hills Area. We are very close to mall, restaurants , Cal Poly Pomona university, and Mount San Antonio College from my house 5-10 minutes away.
About 20-30 minutes Cal poly Fullerton, Azusa Pacific University, Rio Hondo College.

We provide a private room and bathroom , daily breakfast and dinner as well weekend breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also provide rides to/from school, extra school activities library any type of errands to help you stay pleasant etc , and from/to airport.

We also have all household conveniences you would want such as washer machine, dryer, dish washer, cable , internet access , wireless too, all utilities included (international calls no t included)
Basket court, Badminton , volley ball and swimming pool to enjoy summer time and BBQ get together.
