Host family in yokohama, at Shizuku's place

I live in a small apartment block, but the place is clean and comfortable to stay. I have a dog that is a small maltese and is friendly to most people. I have a spare room that has built in wardrobe space and a single bed.

The facilities in my apartment are: washing machine, bathroom, TV, high speed Internet (unlimited), kitchen appliances, and the usual living facilities (lounge etc). I would like to invite people to stay at my place that are clean (non-smokers) and respectful of my personal things, as I respect yours as well. I usually work from 8am until 6pm on weekdays.
