I live in historic Charleston, South Carolina in the USA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charleston,_sc). I live about 25 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Tourism in Charleston is a huge industry. There is a lot to do here such as: historical tours, culinary tours, eco tours, the beach, surfing, kayaking, shopping... most everything you can imagine.

I have a 3 bedroom house. I am offering my two spare rooms. The first guestroom has a queen size bed and a huge closet. There is a bathroom in the hallway on that side of the house (my room is on the opposite side of the house) leading to the 2nd guestroom. The 2nd guestroom is currently being used as a t.v. room with a couch, coffee table, huge closet and an art table. I have a good sized living room, dining room and kitchen that you can use. You will need to use your own groceries and clean up after yourself. I have a large backyard that you can relax in a quiet neighborhood. I have a lot of parking (circular driveway and a driveway along the side of the house) for parking. The bus stop is within walking distance.
