House in Mornington, at Joel's place
The house is on the corner of King Geeorge Avenue and the Esplanade. Adjacent to Linley Point and the Fishermans beach boat ramp.
This is a genuine beach house. The house is over the road (30 metres) to the waters edge. The beach is the famous fishermans beach and please check the pictures for a guide. There are beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, hikes, fishing, golfing, spas and much more nearby. A bus stop is adjacent to the property. The house is a dated, yet clean 3br beach house. The house is straight and kept very clean. The views are breathtaking and the vibrant town centre is only a 10 minute walk as is the Pier and marina area.
For the adventurous we have a jetski for hire @ only $150 AUD / day. Extremely cheap , extremely cool!
