House in London, at Victoria's place

Guests are free to use the living space of the house and the kitchen and patio.

My house is in the old, treed downtown neighborhood with beautiful heritage homes. It is walking distance to all of the above amenities and near the university. It is walking or cycling distance from a trail that traverses the city and many parks. The house is semi-detatched victorian, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Has been updated but keeps its charm. I like to travel and would like to swap or share my house. I would be happy to host the guest(s)and at a later time visit their home (if possible as option)...but I am flexible. I am a single professional with two children away at university. My sons did leave me with a loving cat. London Ontario is near Toronto and the US border. I myself am interested in visiting a Spanish speaking country. I would love to visit Buenos Aires, Peru, Ecuador, Central America, Barcelona Spain, but am flexible. Am open to consider visiting other places as well. Speak French and Spanish but want to improve my Spanish.
