I have one complete bedroom for rent in my house which is located in a nice, quiet, secure area, only five minutes walking from the Mall.
It is fully furnished with balcony and private bathroom attached and includes AC, cable TV, internet, hot/cold shower, water dispenser, refrigerator and potted plants. Full access to other part of the house: library, kitchen, living+dining room, back garden, laundry room except occupied bedrooms. Car port is available and land line is open for emergency contact. Tenant will have his/her own keys and guests can stay over with notice.
She/he will share the house with me - 31 yo open minded Indonesian woman with my own gourmet food business, my five year old daughter, three maids and a small friendly female Yorkshire Terrier.
The rent covers all bills including breakfast and weekly laundry/linen service. Towels, bed sheets and blankets provided.
From Jakarta International Airport Sukarno-Hatta, guest takes Bluebird/Silverbird taxi and go to Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta. The fee wont be more than 30 usd. The house located in the residential area next to Pondok Indah Mall 2.
