Vacational rental in Guarcino (Frosinone), at Rocco's place

Villa Menticchio is a house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with bath, bidet, hairdryer, bathrobe) on the second floor, and with a big living room (with a fireplace), 1 kitchen (with stove, refrigerator and electric oven, and plates, utensils, etc...), 1 bathroom (with bathrobe, shower, without bidet) on the first floor.
On the second floor, one bedroom has two single beds and a lowering ceiling/roof, and two bedrooms have two twinbeds (i.e. two large beds very confortable for one, whereas less for two persons), yet, it is possible to add two single beds in them.

I strongly suggest renting a car at Ciampino or Fiumicino airport or wherever is more convenient for you and follow these directions:
Take motorway A1 from Rome to Naples. Exit Anagni-Fiuggi and drive all the way to Fiuggi along the SS411. Then take the SS155 from Fiuggi to Guarcino (be aware that you have to turn left in a curve before a very little inhabited area called PITOCCO. If you mistakenly go beyond Pitocco you have to make a U turn and drive back to Guarcino keeping the right, this time.)

Hi, I am renting "Villa Menticchio," a little paradise, one can really say. It is about 1 km from Guarcino, a nice old town, located 90 Km South East of Rome (See it on google: http://maps.google.it/m/local?hl=it&q=guarcino%2C+frosinone), 570 m above sea level. Moreover, it is located on a hill surrounded by high mountains, amazing oak trees, and crossed by a creek. This villa is a Middle Age tower, of about 150 sqm on two levels, which was carefully renovated using typical materials of the area, such as open face stone. It also has terracotta floors and it is surrounded by a 5000 sqm green area on different levels with oaks, olive trees, laurel and rosemary bushes and similar amenities. Moreover, it is close to important historic centres, such as Anagni and its Cathedral, Fumone and its castle (where Pope Celestino the 5th was imprisoned), the ancient town of Alatri, and less than 10 Km far from the ancient town and termal centre of Fiuggi. And it is also quite near to the lake of Canterno and the sea side, that is, from Sabaudia, Monte Circeo and Sperlonga, a famous old town on the Tyrrhenian Sea (about 60 km). Furthemore, I would say, "Villa Menticchio" is the ideal place for those who wish either to relax or to visit art centers, ancient towns or doing sports, like hiking along the Ernici Mountain chain and its forests. Guarcino is easily reachable by the A1 motorway Rome-Naples, from which one can also easily reach Rome's main Airports, Fiumicino or Ciampino.
My offer is targeted to people willing to rent a car, since Villa Menticchio is 1 km from the center of Guarcino, that is, from shops. Moreover, there is not much public transportation in the surroundings to pursue whatever activity.
