Malta has always been famous for the friendliness and hospitality of its people. The Maltese have always welcomed visitors to their islands in a warm and friendly way. Staying with a Maltese family is possibly the best way to understand the Maltese culture and tradition, and this experience has been enjoyed by many travellers to Malta. The Meekers are a family of four: Stefie and Georges with their two children Ike (12) and Leah (10). Both Stefie and Georges have worked in the hospitality sector in Malta and genuinely love to entertain visitors. Now, Stefie personally cares for the house guests only, while Georges is active as a professional in the wine trade. Logically, an interesting bottle of wine on the dinner table often makes for good conversation. The Meekers offer their guests accommodation in comfortable rooms with adjacent bathroom. A well equipped kitchenette is also available for the use of those who prefer to do their own cooking. A large sun terrace on the top floor may be enjoyed by all our guests. Wifi internet connection is available in all rooms. Rooms may be reserved on bed and breakfast, half board or self-catering basis. We look forward to welcoming you at the Meekers Residence.

Our residence is located at 2 minutes from the public bus stop that services various routes with direct access to Valletta, the capital of the island, and most places of interest and tourist attractions.
