- All the ‘hosting family’ members who are registered on the Bedycasa web site
- All the ‘world traveller’ members who are registered on the Bedycasa web site

Why does if refer to a community?

Our trademark relates to a community of members simply because it is founded on a community.
In fact, our label is not known ‘worldwide’ and we believe that it is by letting our members have their say that we shall be in a position to get the best feedback and the most accurate assessment.

1/ Regarding our ‘hosting family’ members

They will be assessed by their world travellers/guests who stay with them but also by the Bedycasa ambassadors. A weighted average of all the assessments will generate an overall score which will result in the attribution of World Family label. The more often the hosting family members are assessed, the more accurate and reliable will the final score be (assigning of stars).

2/ As for ‘travellers’

They will be assessed by their hosting families as well as by all the Bedycasa members. A weighted average of all the assessments will generate an overall score which will result in the attribution of the World Traveller label. The more the travelling member is assessed, the more accurate and reliable will his score be for the assigning of stars.

Definition of the ‘World Family’ label

This excludes all other classical lodgings like hotels, apartment hotels, holiday inns.

Help to fill in the questionnaire (for Bedycasa members):

1/ You will give a score for each criterion according to your personal judgement.
2/ Since for each one of us the importance of each criterion may differ, you are advised to rank the criteria from the most important to the least important.
3/ The criterion which you consider the most important will be given a weighting factor, and this will be taken into account for the computation of the average score in the assessment.
4/ The average score will be indicated on the assessment form of the family or the traveller and it will change progressively depending on the number of stays effected.
