You can accumulate the night stays you undertake with BedyCasa and earn one free night’s stay for every 10 confirmed nights on your Loyalty Programme. Nights will be confirmed 24hrs after the end of your stay as long everything has gone to plan and that your arrival at the host’s has been fully confirmed.
Your free night stays could be used as early as your next reservation of 7 nights or more, or you can use only one free night stay per booking. Furthermore any free night stays can only be used for accommodation where the host has chosen to pay through BedyCasa. You are not able to use free nights for accommodation where the host has chosen the payment on arrival option.
The value of the night is deemed as equal to the average of the ten nights confirmed on your Loyalty Programme in chronological order of the confirmed nights on your Loyalty Programme as well as any reductions and promotions which may have been in effect.
There where the free night stay will be applied to the most expensive reservation. If all your nights are indeed lower than that of the one offered, the difference will not be refunded nor can it be deducted on a second night. If the value of the free night’s stay is lower than that of the nights for your reservation, you must then make up the difference.
All reservation made outside of the Loyalty Programme unfortunately cannot be taken into account retrospective to your Loyalty Programme.
In any instances of refusal, be it an automatic cancellation, cancellation by the traveller before the host has had time to accept, or cancellation by the host, your free night stay will be put back onto your Loyalty Programme and can be used again in the future.
For every ten night reserved and accumulated at your accommodation, you’ll gain a bonus of 5 Travel Credits into your BedyCasa account.
Nights are confirmed onto your Loyalty Programme 24hrs after the end of the traveller’s stay if indeed their stay has been validated via your BedyCasa User account.
Your Travel Credits can be used at any time on BedyCasa, either as a traveller to make reservation requests, or to have your accommodation featured on the site. You’ll be given the option use your Travel Credits during the payment procedure.
You can log onto your BedyCasa User space by clicking on the ‘My Account’ menu at the top of the page.
Click on ‘My Loyalty Programme’ , and then click on the ‘details’ link in order to consult the details of your night stays.
The nights accumulated on your Loyalty Programme appear as ‘nights pending’ soon as the host accepts. Nights pending are not those which have not yet been confirmed and therefore could possibly disappear, in the instance of a traveller cancelling for example.
Nights to go on your Loyalty Programme will be confirmed 24hrs after the end of your stay, which will then appear with the status ‘nights confirmed’. After gaining 10 confirmed nights, one free night’s stay will be accredited to you, and ready to be used.
You can use only one free night stay per reservation longer than 7 nights, the option of which to use them will be offered when making your reservation, on the page showing details of your stay.
Once you have free night stay offered, you just need to click on that night to use it, wait a few seconds for the page the reload and the free night will then be applied to the details of your stay and the total price.
You cannot however use any other promotional code and free night’s stay for the same reservation..
The value of the free night’s stay is calculated by taking the average of the ten confirmed nights on your Loyalty Programme. The order of these depends on the date which they were confirmed, bearing in mind that a night will be confirmed 24hrs after the end of your stay, all being that the traveller arrives and their stay has been successfully validated. We take the total of ten night (with reductions and other promotional offers included), and divide that sum by 10.
If you accumulated nights are in different currencies, then the average currency will be the one used and if this currency has not been registered, then the euro will automatically be used.
Your nights pending will be confirmed 24hrs after the end of the concerned stay once the traveller’s arrival has been successfully validated by the host. You can find details about your nights via their status on the ‘My Loyalty Programme’ menu on your BedyCasa account.
Here’s some more info in depth about your Loyalty Programme:
You can only use one free night stay on the same reservation and the reservation should be longer than 7 nights. For this there needs to be at least six paid night on your reservation.
Free night stays can be used on reservation made for accommodation where the host has chosen the option to pay through BedyCasa, meaning when you settle the total for your stay by confirming the reservation on the site.
Unfortunately free night stays cannot be used for accommodation reservations where the host has chosen the payment on arrival option, meaning when you pay a deposit for your stay by confirming the reservation of the site.
If you cancel your reservation before the host has accepted it, no debit will be effectuated from your payment method that or the free night stays will be automatically recredited onto your BedyCasa account.
If you cancel your reservation after the host has already accepted it then the free night will unfortunately be lost and will not be recredited onto your BedyCasa user space.
The refund total will be calculated by the total for the accommodation minus the used free night stays. You will therefore be refunded up to 85% or 50% of the total for the accommodation minus the value of the free night stays on that reservation.
For every 10 confirmed nights on your Host Loyalty Programme, 5 Travel Credits are added to your Travel Credit kitty on your BedyCasa account. You can use your Travel Credits as a payment method at any time on BedyCasa in order to make accommodation reservations as a traveller yourself, and as such have the chance to go and meet and stay with other hosts, or you could also use your Travel Credits to have your advert(s) featured on the site.
You’ll be offered the chance to use your Travel Credits just before the payment page, where you select “use and go onto the next stay” and then choose all or just a part of your credits. Alternatively you can proceed without using your credits that time, the choice is yours.
