Tout est conforme: description des lieux et photos.
Le quartier est calme et idéalement situé. Le métro est à proximité (3 minutes à pied) et commerces également.
Excellent séjour de 2 semaines chez Tiziana où nous nous sommes sentis chez nous avec totale independance.

Just back from my journey in NY. I spent 11 nights in Tiziana's house. She and her husband are great hosts and I've really appreciated when we've had time to talk and exchange about our lives and experiences.
The house is as discribed, a big one. My bed room (blue one) was big, offering a lot of space. I really appreciated having my own bathroom and comodity.
Tiziana gives you your own kees of the "castle" so that you can come and go to your will.
You have full access to the kitchen and a place dedicated for you in the fridg to keep your food. I found that very convenient, to be able to cook, having your breakfast, preparing or just reheating your meal.
If you don't want to stay in your bedroom after your day out door, you can just seat in the leaving room with a book or watching tv. You really are at home.
And the Cherry over the cake, you're just a 3 mn walk from Kingston Throop Avs station. So you're never too far from what you want to visit or directly or just having a change or two. Also very convinient if you land at JFK.
So in few words .... For sure to be done again with pleasure !
De retour de mon séjour à NY. J'ai passé 11 nuits chez Tiziana et son époux et elle se sont montrés très accueillants. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les moments où nous avons eu l'occasion de discuter.
La maison est telle que décrite. C'est une grande maison sur deux étages avec de grandes pièces. La chambre que j'occupais (bleue) est vaste avec tout le confort. J'ai énormément apprécié d'avoir ma propre salle de bains et toilettes.
A votre arrivée, Tiziana vous remet les clefs du royaume, ainsi vous rentrez et sortez à votre guise.
Ce que j'ai trouvé super aussi c'est d'avoir l'accès à la cuisine. Chaque chambre a son endroit dédié dans le frigo pour entreposer, nourriture, boisson. Plutôt sympa de pourvoir se faire le petit dej ou encore de cuisiner ou se réchauffer un plat. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine.
De retour après une longue journée de visites, si vous ne souhaitez pas rester dans votre chambre, le salon est à vous, des livres et magazines, la zapette...
Autre point super positif, 3 mn à pieds de la station de métro, Kingston Throop Avs. Le Sud de Manhattan en quelques mn jusqu'au tout nord ouest sans changer, ou avec un changement ou deux toutes les autres directions. Station pratique aussi quand on atterrit à JFK.
Donc à refaire sans hésiter !

Tiziana etait disponible en cas de besoin, nous avons apprecie sa reactivite a nos demandes. Maison accueillante a proximite du metro pour nous deplacer, je recommande.

Bien plus qu'un hébergement, j'ai trouvé un lieu unique et inspirant, un lieu chargé d'âme, à l'atmosphère chaleureuse.
Je m'y suis sentie libre, autonome et très à l'aise.
Puis j'ai fait la connaissance de Tiziana et sa famille et cette rencontre rare et précieuse, fut aussi belle qu'inoubliable.
Bref, ce fut le genre de séjour qui nous rappelle que c'est bien pour vivre des moments comme ça que l'on voyage, des moments pourtant bien au-delà de mes espérances et que je n'attendaient pas.
Ps : Logement très bien desservi par les transports !

Nous avons passé dix jours chez Tiziana dans la chambre rouge. Un endroit très accueillant et cosy. Style bohème, la salle de bain n'est pas du luxe mais nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi et surtout: nous nous sommes sentis un peu chez nous das le Big Apple. Un grand merci!

Soggiorno bellissimo. Tiziana sempre disponibile e gentile. Le camere sono classiche e molto confortevoli. Comoda alla Metro linea blue (5 minuti a piedi). Ottima alternativa alla caotica città.
