Description of the space proposed to travellers:
Lovely room available in an artist's apartment in Brooklyn. The room has an independent entrance and offers privacy and comfort. It's fully furnished, the bed is very comfy, and I provide fresh towels and sheets. Interior, mattresses are being updated and exchanged frequently. Located on the 4th floor, ( 3rd floor outside US standard) the apartment is very quiet. A charming kitchen invites you to feel at home away from home. I'm happy to offer coffee and tea in the morning. I will respect your privacy and if you care for a New Yorker's advice for the city and it's amazing things you need to see, I am happy to share. Located in Brooklyn, you will get to experience staying in a new, exciting neighbourhood in New York City with artists and young families. Our building and the area is very friendly and safe.The subway stop is only seconds away and the commute to Manhattan takes about 25 min. A rental bike station is close by as well. Supermarket, Restaurants and Cafes are in walking distance and offer lot's of variety. Free high speed internet/wifi is available for my guests. I'm looking forward to welcome you to my home!
